Inter-company training centers to secure skilled workers for SMEs

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) depend on skilled workforce, ready for innovation and future-oriented technologies, in order to implement continuous innovation and growth processes. State-of-the-art centers for vocational training and technology across Bavaria provide the necessary educational infrastructure for such qualified specialists. They offer training on state-of the art technological and didactic levels. In the inter-company apprenticeship training (ÜLU) courses held there, trainees acquire skills and knowledge, which complement and exceed the training opportunities offered by their respective specific training companies. ERDF funding supports both construction works and procurement of cutting edge-equipment, securing the training of the skilled workers of tomorrow.
